One of the most important choices you will make when planning your wedding is picking the right venue. There are just so many options! A beautiful hotel, a stunning golf course, an Adirondack resort, or maybe a beautiful farm wedding. If you are leaning towards a farm wedding there are a few questions you should ask yourself.

Do you enjoy beautiful scenery, surrounded by horses and rolling hills, in a gorgeous country setting?

I know you are thinking, “well duh”, but seriously it is not for everyone. I mean, as you look into your new spouse's eyes and then around him/her do you really want to see rolling green fields? Do you really want horses with all their majestic beauty in the background? Do you really want things to be fairy-tale perfect? If you said yes to any one of those, then perhaps a farm venue might just be what you are looking for.

Does the idea of a historical barn with vintage decor inspire you?

Your wedding is a story that you will tell for decades to come. The details of that story are what matters and what will make it unique. The grain of the wood behind you as you take your first photos. The sound of horses galloping in the paddocks next to you. The scent of freshly cut grass, hay, and crisp mountain air. The light shimmering off of the antique chandelier while you dance your first dance and so many other little details, all of which giving definition to your wedding story. You can make it the most beautiful story ever told.

Are you looking for a venue that has countless options for perfect photo backdrops?

The day of your wedding is a magical time and one to be remembered.. It can also be a blur that seems to be over before you know it and there are two things that can help you enjoy it for years to come: Your photos and your wedding video. We know a few amazing photographers and videographers and they all agree that what is behind the Bride and Groom in their photos and videos is almost as

important as the couple themselves. Farm weddings give you countless options for gorgeous backdrops. Those backdrops included and are not limited to rolling hills, ponds, barns, hay bails, horses, old rustic fence lines, and so much more. Setting the scene for beautiful photos & videos that you will remember for ages.

How do you feel about options?

By now you are probably starting to understand that a farm weddings give you a lot of options for customization. You can literally personalize your wedding style any way you’d like! Whether your esthetic is a mix of Boho, FarmHouse, French Country, Polished, Rustic, or just simple, a farm wedding is the perfect setting for just about any style of decor! Oh, and did someone say horses? We have those too! They are so friendly and absolutely love our guests. Bonus points, our horses are very photogenic and love to have their picture taken.
