When professional model and Greenwich native, Nina Jade, first saw the newly remodeled Adelphi Hotel, she knew she had found the perfect spot for her upcoming wedding.
Nina, who travels around the world with her modeling career, met her fiancé, Christopher Sumner, while she was in London, and she was thinking of having her upcoming wedding abroad - that is, until she saw The Adelphi Hotel. Like her iconic look-alike Audrey Hepburn, seeing the Adelphi was truly “love at first sight.”

Nina revels in her surroundings, as does her furry friend...the Famous Hairy Winston.
Nina plans to experience the entire ambience of
the Adelphi. And, what better place to start but the
al fresco café that is part of Morrisey’s in the Adelphi? Her adorable little friend, the ‘Hairy Winston,” is full of bubbly affection as he snuggles with Nina at the outdoor café. And feeling like a duchess, Nina pays homage to newly wedded Meghan Markle, whose favorite casual footwear comes from Birdies | San Francisco.

Nina is feeling very Chanel as she adds a stunning black hat and heels to her Amante gown.
From regally romantic to stunning sophistication, Nina knows that the addition of just the right hat and heels, creates a look that is simply sensational for any bride dreaming of a French theme.

If Breakfast at Tiffany’s was
Hepburn’s romantic ideal, Nina considers brunch at the Blue Hen to be the
idyllic wedding venue in Saratoga.
Nina embodies all that is regal, royal and ravishing in this gorgeous strapless gown and tiara. Her custom-made white gloves
and simple pearls add that perfect extra touch
of elegance, romance and class as she enjoys
a sip of tea and a macaroon in the Blue Hen.

Nina channels her “inner Audrey.”
Just like her classic Hollywood counterpart, Nina poses for photographer Tracey Buyce in front of the Adelphi’s own floral “wall of pink hibiscus.”
Her look is both coquettish and demure – the ultimate in romantic with a capital “R.”

Just as Audrey wowed the fashion world in her spectacular Givenchy cape, gown and singularly stunning headpiece, Nina knows that her own haute couture silk crepe gown and cape is perfectly suited to the Saratoga scene. For an alternative look, Nina contemplates a sheer lacey cape with a border of French lace. Her custom headpiece and delicate lily of the valley bouquet are the perfect compliments to this sophisticated and sleek look.

The courtyard of The Adelphi Hotel is the perfect setting for the opulence
of Nina’s Italian Contessa look.
Nina captures the essence of romance in her luxuriously feminine strapless lace gown with tiered flounced sleeves and full skirt and train. The pink hibiscus trellis provide the perfect backdrop as Nina glows in anticipation of her special day.
